Last year I took a well deserved holiday to the United Kingdom and while there I decided that I wanted to expanded my little empire by adding ' baking' to the list . well honestly it all started mid last year when decided to take lessons in baking and cooking in Nigeria and I can tell you for free that it was very exciting and eye opening .
