TIPS TO CATERING FOR YOUR EVENT OR WEDDING


 As creative director at Tai-tas insperasa one of my duties is also to plan and coordinate events. Currently we have a couple of  events  that we are coordinating and catering  for,  so i decided to put up these tips. Hope it comes in handy.

 Once you have have decided to host  a huge food event the basic secret to success is PLAN PLAN PLAN!
You have to ask yourself these important questions





1. What is my guest list (number of invitees) 


                                             2.  What is my budget?






                     3. Do i want  to serve family specialities, ethnic foods or continental cusine?





4. What is my  target audience?  (old or young or a combination of both)






5. Timing is very important. What time is the meal going to be served? (breakfast, lunch ,brunch or dinner. )



If you can answer these question then you are on your way to a great start .
